A tall, narrow pitcher thrown in porcelain for a clean pour. A celadon glaze is allowed to break and drip over a raw clay shoulder, freezing the moment the glaze began to move.

Curator’s Note
The spout is pulled wet and tested with water before the bisque — a pitcher that does not pour cleanly never leaves the studio.
